Contract Negotiations Then and Now

7/1/2008-6/30/2012 contract -The employer shall not discriminate based on an employee’s use of the Federal Family Medical Leave Act. -The 6-month probationary period for new employees may be extended for up to an additional 6 months, but only with the union’s agreement.
